Consent before every treatment
Injectables, lasers and peels all need informed consent. Upkilo sends intake forms and waivers with the booking, captures the signature digitally and files the signed copy on the patient record. Nothing depends on a clipboard at reception or a scanner at the end of the day.
Contraindications the provider cannot miss
Record allergies, medications, pregnancy and previous reactions once. Medical alerts appear on the patient record, so the provider sees them before the treatment rather than after.
Photos that stay private
Before-and-after photos are stored against the patient with their consent and are never published on your booking page. Only staff whose role allows access to patient records can open them.
An audit trail for every record
Form submissions and changes to patient records are logged with a timestamp and the user who made them. US practices covered by HIPAA can review and sign Upkilo's Business Associate Agreement from inside the product. Upkilo is not a covered entity and does not give legal advice, so confirm the setup with your compliance officer before going live.
