From first assessment to discharge
A course of physiotherapy is a sequence, not a single visit. Upkilo lets patients book an initial assessment online and then reminds them when a follow-up is due, so a plan of care does not stall because nobody picked up the phone. Assessments and follow-ups can have different lengths, so the calendar reflects how your clinicians really work.
Intake done before the appointment
Injury history, red-flag questions and consent are collected with the booking. The answers, along with any medical alerts, sit on the patient record, so the first minutes of an assessment are spent assessing rather than filling in forms.
Packages and classes
Sell a block of treatment sessions up front and track what each patient has used. Group sessions such as rehabilitation or Pilates-based classes can be run as classes with a set number of places, alongside one-to-one appointments.
Fewer missed follow-ups
Email and SMS reminders reduce missed appointments, and a waitlist lets you offer cancelled slots to patients who want to be seen sooner. Upkilo takes payment directly from patients; insurance billing stays with your existing process.
