Every stylist in Upkilo has their own services, durations and working hours. A client choosing a full colour with their usual stylist only sees the times that stylist can genuinely do it, including processing time. Your booking page works from your website, your Instagram bio and your Google profile, so the DMs stop being your appointment book.
Every client's history in one place
Colour formulas, patch-test results, preferences and before-and-after photos are kept on the client record. When a client sees someone new, the history is already there, and the result they got last time can be repeated.
Keep regulars on a schedule
Give a cut or colour a rebooking interval and Upkilo reminds each client when they are due, with a link to book. Loyalty points, memberships and gift cards give regulars a reason to come back and new clients a way in.
Protect the long appointments
A three-hour colour booking that does not show up is a lost afternoon. Require a deposit on long services, set the refund windows yourself, and let automatic reminders and the waitlist fill the gaps that still appear.
